WPForms is a free wordpress plugin to create a simple contact form in wordpress website. The plugin usage is simple and easy to implement. The free version has limited features. Basic contact form requirement such as phone number is not included in the free version. You will need to go for a pro version to use many basic fields.
SO i think the free wpforms version has limitations as compared to contact form 7 and caldera form plugin.
